A Managed Seven-Step Process
Step 1 — Share Your Project
Tell us about your product, dimensions, quantity, packaging goals, artwork status and target launch date.
Step 2 — Specification Review
We identify missing information, production risks and the specifications suppliers need in order to quote accurately.
Step 3 — Supplier Shortlist
We identify suitable packaging manufacturers based on structure, materials, printing, MOQ and production capability.
Step 4 — Comparable Quotations
We request quotations against the same approved specification and compare MOQ, tooling, unit price, lead time and commercial assumptions.
Step 5 — Sample Development
We coordinate blank samples, printed samples, revisions, artwork checks and approval records.
Step 6 — Production & Quality Control
We follow production milestones and establish agreed checkpoints for materials, dimensions, print, assembly, quantity and packing.
Step 7 — Shipping Coordination
We coordinate packing and shipment information with suppliers and the selected logistics provider. Freight contracts and costs remain separately approved.
